3+ years experience required. Must handle the full finishing process.

-   Form, pour, and finish concrete to spec 
-   Operate power trowels and finishing tools 
-   Read prints and meet tight tolerances 
-   Lead small crews on residential and commercial work 

### Concrete Laborer

General labor, fast-paced, team-oriented work.

-   Jobsite prep, forming assistance, and clean-up 
-   Move materials, set forms, and assist finishers 
-   Reliable, hard-working, willing to learn the trade 
-   Year-round work for the right person 

### Skid Steer Operator / CDL Driver

Class A CDL required. Equipment operation plus jobsite labor.

-   Operate skid steer, loader, and other equipment 
-   Haul materials with company trucks (Class A) 
-   Assist crew with concrete pours and site work 
-   Clean driving record required
